Cancellation Policy

At Monmouth Dentist, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to reschedule or cancel your dental appointments. We strive to accommodate our patients’ needs while also ensuring the efficient operation of our practice. To maintain the highest level of service for all our patients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Notice Period: We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient who may be in need of dental care.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows: In the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice) or failure to attend your appointment without prior notification (no-show), a cancellation fee may be charged. This fee helps cover the costs associated with the unused appointment time and ensures fairness to both our patients and our practice.

Contacting Us:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. You can reach us by phone during office hours or leave a message if calling outside of business hours. Alternatively, you may send us an email at info@monmouthdentist.co.uk with your request.

Exceptions:

We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances may arise, making it impossible for you to provide the required notice for appointment changes. In such cases, we will consider waiving the cancellation fee at our discretion. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy to ensure the smooth operation of our practice and the timely provision of dental care to all our patients.

Confirmation of Appointments:

To help minimize the likelihood of missed appointments and ensure effective communication, we will send you appointment reminders via email or SMS prior to your scheduled visit. Please confirm your attendance or notify us of any changes promptly to avoid unnecessary inconvenience or charges.
